Baby Back Ribs with Espresso & Grilled Peach BBQ Sauce

Just outside Macon we pulled off at a roadside BBQ tent. It was hotter than hot, but we didn’t care. They plucked peaches from nearby trees, grilled them, and mashed them into a spicy-sweet, sticky sauce that changed the way I looked at ribs forever.

  • 1 rack baby back ribs
  • 2 ripe peaches
  • 2 cups ground espresso
  • 3 tbsp. honey
  • 1 bottle BBQ sauce
